Sometimes when I need to withdraw money when I travel to Itaituba, I always manage to withdraw amounts, but it happens that few cashiers are available for withdrawals and this is worrying, since I already live in Itaituba and the lack of money was frequent, I already used the internal service (taking advantage of who was passing through Itaituba), left something to be desired, I was left without assistance at a certain service (I was looking for information on private pension) because the employee was not available, I hope they have improved the service, but the truth is this city needs a branch of this Bank.

Bro, the biggest complaint is their service, it takes much longer than what is normally considered slow service. The tellers' biometrics are also incredibly bad, it could be like positioning just one finger like in the bank in Brazil. The number of terminals there is often useless, since most are either unavailable or out of money. This bank needs to improve a lot, and I'm talking about the establishment and not the Bradesco institution.

I don't know the other services that it provides but to deposit it's horrible, every time to deposit you have to queue for 1 cashier because the others are not providing it (when you're lucky there's 1) if you had another option it would definitely be much better . We were held hostage by a bad quality banking service.

Terrible service, they don't even serve to be more accurate, they are always telling people to go to the express. When they arrive to assist, they spend hours waiting, they are often rude to the people in attendance, leaving a lot to be desired. Cashiers are often out of money, there is little limit to withdraw money, there is always some money left in the account.
